The first metro from MG Road Station departs at 5:00 AM (Tuesday–Saturday; Mondays start earlier at ~4:15 AM) and 7:00 AM on Sundays. The last train is around 11:00 PM. MG Road is on the Purple Line.
Exit B leads towards Trinity Circle and Brigade Road Junction, about 200m away. Exit A leads to MG Road Boulevard and Cauvery Emporium. Both exits are close to Church Street and Commercial Street.
MG Road Station has no dedicated parking. The nearest paid parking is at Brigade Road, about 300m from the station. Most visitors arrive by auto-rickshaw, cab, or on foot given the station's central location.
