Yes. Exit B is a dedicated skywalk bridge that lands you directly on the 1st floor of Mantri Square Mall — one of India's largest malls at 1 million sq ft. It is the only station on Namma Metro with a direct interior connection to a shopping mall.
The first metro departs at 5:00 AM (Tuesday–Saturday; Mondays start earlier at ~4:15 AM) and 7:00 AM on Sundays; the last train is around 11:00 PM. Mantri Square Sampige Road is on the Green Line and opened on 1 March 2014. It was previously named simply 'Sampige Road' before Mantri Developers acquired naming rights.
Use Exit C — it leads towards Malleshwaram 18th Cross and Sheshadripuram College (about 450m). Exit A opens onto Platform Road towards Seshadripuram, past Mantri Green Apartments and Sampige Theatre. For the mall itself, use Exit B (direct 1st-floor bridge).
