Use Exit B — it opens toward Peenya II Stage, putting the Peenya II Stage Industrial Area within about 500m (7-minute walk). Exit A leads onto Tumkur Road and the Peenya II Stage bus stop (300m), which is best if you're transferring to a BMTC bus toward Majestic or Yeshwanthpur.
Peenya and Peenya Industry are two separate, adjacent Green Line stops. Peenya serves the southern part of the industrial estate (near NTTF Training Centre and Peenya II Stage), while Peenya Industry, one station further north, is closer to Peenya IV Stage. Confirm which one your workplace is nearer to before boarding.
